Salary:
1、Salary Structure: Monthly salary + Extra salary
2、Monthly salary :
-Sectional Principal (Monthly) ≥RMB 15,000(pre-tax)
-Sectional Associate Principal (Monthly) ≥RMB 12,000(pre-tax)
-Sectional player (Monthly) ≥RMB 10,000(pre-tax)
-Fresh graduates player: Negotiable
3、Extra salary
(1) Year-end Bonus: The orchestra will calculate and pay the bonus at the end of the year according to the position and comprehensive performance of the players in service. One month's salary will be the calculation and payment standard.
(2) Box office Share: Every quarter, according to the concerts box office income and the relevant qualified standards, the players will enjoy the box office share reward.
(3) Commercial Concerts Allowance: It will be paid according to the actual situation of monthly commercial performances.
(4) Annuity Bonus: The amount of annuity will be granted to the player according to his/her contribution to the GYSO Music School and GYSO Youth Orchestra and his/her years of service, and he/she will enjoy the bonus brought by the annuity every year.
※ A twelve-month salary a year.
※ If the above all orchestra policies and regulations are met, the player's total annual salary (monthly salary + extra salary) will appreciably lead to higher wages.
※Guiyang Symphony Orchestra owns the authority for the interpretation.
The Orchestra will provide the following for all contracted musicians:
Holiday:paid annual vacation (about 30 days) and public holidays
Accommodation : single room residency for those who are not from Guiyang
Insurance: local social insurance including medical, employment related injury etc.
Transportation: free shuttle bus between orchestra and apartment on work days
Travel reimbursement: the orchestra will reimburse a one-way economy-class ticket (capped at RMB 5000) to coming Guiyang, for the first contracted period
Working Hours:
Five days a week
Maximum working hours per week : 25
Qualifications:
Principal: professional music education is required; aged between 20 to 45 good performing skills and experiences with professional orchestras are required; good understanding of standard symphonic music repertoire; ability to rehearse and communicate in English ; regardless of nationality and gender.
Section player: professional music education is required; aged between 20 to 45; basic performing skills and experiences with orchestras; ability to rehearse and communicate in English; regardless of nationality and gender.
